With the winds of cold filling the air

In the fields of gladiolas where ghosts crucified drunk monks The sordid god retrieved the souls of beings in sailboats

While some find their way to the afterlife, otherwise said Elysium some ghosts haunt the living with all that they have lost But to wander aimlessly spreading fear—

is that what they really want? In distress they've lost the ability to live tangibly Now with Hades as their home and Thanatos as their master all they think about are second chances.

"To fall in love, and have a heart broken in the process" And as they wandered elsewhere, I sat there by the tombstones pondering about second chances.

The fates that knit the intricate threads of delicacies, do they offer second chances? Does a broken heart offer the soul a second chance to fall in love once again? Was the soul at fault for what the heart chose despite it's warnings Perhaps even when all the heart wanted was someone to stay?
